Let's make our own tourney!!!

First topic message reminder :

Guys I'm cooking up a tourney!!!
i'll be just contacting Ninong if he could sponsor us with the prizes but of course it ain't free!!! there will be a entrance fee of 150 pesos...well of course for the prizes the more people joining the better the prizes will be.

so heres how it's gonna be

1. no age limit
2. original beys that are not distributed by bankee will be allowed (bring box)
3. battles will be done on a 1 on 1 round robin so everyone gets to battle every participant. and the top 10 players with the most wins of on the semis.
4. there will be no crappy 3-way battles (no square stadiums)...

we planned a tourney that will eliminate bankee's crappy rules that all bladers complain about

so guys what are your thoughts on this?

or how about luneta park as our venue ?

Then the place would be crowded with attack types for every battle....

We would really want this, at Bankee tourneys when I really need to pee and there's a very long line due to stamina battles........The slopes also makes Defense and Stamina harder to knock-out.

that's why we need attack type stadiums!!!

we dont need the wbo for anything since this is your own tourney so just do it your way

pero tigin ko safe na yung 150 para if in-case konti lang tau medyo maganda pa yung prizes

having a tournament for more than 13 years old is a WONDERFUL idea.

This is right, and we can't just create one. We need: Place, Money, Prizes, Permissions and Equipments.

What I mean is do backtrack the previous posts. Usually the answers are already posted. I'm not sure if it is going to be held in a mall because we might be causing a commotion in such places.

Since there are no restrictions, by all means use it. WBO rules are not applicable here for as long as the beyblades used are Takara Tomy.

I consulted my mom and dad if it is okay to really organize a tournament and they say it's okay but it's a hard thing to do and it is COSTLY. The worst case scenario is that a few people might come to the said event. So I decided to make a new proposal and this will be the main discussion of this thread.

NEW PROPOSAL!

Since summer is far away, let's plan this event very well and take time to do the details.

I am thinking of an eyeball meeting wherein BBPH members can meet and get to know each other in person since we only communicate through the internet (a lot of forums are doing eyeball meetings...). We cannot hold a tournament right now because of some conflicts regarding finances (prizes, trophies, medals, etc.) Here are my new proposals:

1. No entrance fee
2. Use original Takara-Tomy beyblades (aside from the ones distributed by bankee)
3. Free and open battles (everyone is encouraged to bring their own stadiums)
4. Collection sharing and trading
5. This event will be held somewhere between march or april

The only thing we need to discuss in this thread in order to make this an official BBPH event:

1. Date and time (Everyone in this forum must agree to)
2. Venue (convenient for everyone to go to)
3. Advertising to the other members
4. Name of the event.

Please feel free to make comments and suggestions...
Once details are finalized, I will make the official thread dedicated to this event.

if all of you doesnt have a venue for tourney my house can be the venue --- if you agree

I just hope the other members will agree since we do not know the location of your house.
