The ADS or Attack Defense Stamina will go like this. You add the official price given by the admins or moderators in the Beyshop and divide it by 30. Then the number that comes out, will be the points you can distribute to your Stats. When your Stamina Stats become 100, you gain 100HP and 100ADP.
